1. Return and Refund of Products All products returned by the customer are eligible for a refund. Please ensure that the returned product is in good condition and in its original packaging. It is important that it reaches us in the same condition. In the case of an error on our part (size, color), return shipping costs are covered by Retro Football Gang (RFG). In the case of an exchange, shipping costs are shared between the customer and RFG.

2. Method of Refund Refunds are always made using the same payment method used by the customer, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the customer. If you wish to use a different refund method, please inform us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

3. Sale or Discounted Products Sale or discounted products are also subject to return and refund. The same return and refund conditions apply to products purchased on promotion or at a reduced price.

After receiving your order, you have 20 days to return your order. You certainly have the right to wear the t-shirt (to check if it suits you), but it must be in perfect condition. The clothes must be returned in their original packaging or in packaging that is secure enough.

Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be refused. Make sure that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. Ensure that the product is well-packaged and sent via a postal service that guarantees its safe arrival to us.

Purchases can be returned for exchange within 20 days of receipt of goods. Returns can either be sent in the original packaging or in a sufficiently secure replacement parcel. You are responsible for the goods until they reach us, so ensure your returns are adequately packaged and use a reliable postal service.

For exchanges, the delivery costs are shared. You have to pay an extra 5 EUR (12 EUR FOR UK). A promo code of 5 euros will be offered to you (in addition to any other promo code).
