Delivery Policy
We work in partnership with Correos, the Spanish national postal service. Every order includes full tracking, allowing you to follow your package at each step until it reaches you, no matter which country you are in.
Europe Delivery
For most European countries:
Shipping with Tracking: €5.50 for orders up to €99, free from €100.
Mondial Relay: Delivery to pickup points for €7.00.
Delivery time: Varies depending on the country and the chosen carrier.
International Delivery (Rest of the World)
For all other countries:
Shipping with Tracking: €7.50 for orders up to €139, free from €140.
Full tracking included to stay informed at every stage.
Delivery time: Depends on the destination.
Domestic Delivery (Spain)
For our customers in Spain:
Standard Shipping: €3.00 for orders up to €69, free from €70.

Important Notice
Retro Football Gang cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of products due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer (such as an incorrect address, missing floor or door number, missing phone number, etc.).
Please make sure to provide a complete and detailed delivery address. Don’t forget to include essential information such as floor number, door number, or company name when necessary. These details help ensure a smooth and successful delivery of your order.
All tees are made to order in our ateliers. Delivery Times : 12-20 days. Delivery time depending on the country. Discover our process to better understand what happens from your order to its receipt.
We advise you to take the t-shirt in the size you are used to taking. But if you want an oversized look, you can go one size bigger. Don't hesitate to check our size guide!

1. Return and Refund of Products All products returned by the customer are eligible for a refund. Please ensure that the returned product is in good condition and in its original packaging. It is important that it reaches us in the same condition. In the case of an error on our part (size, color), return shipping costs are covered by Retro Football Gang (RFG). In the case of an exchange, shipping costs are shared between the customer and RFG.

2. Method of Refund Refunds are always made using the same payment method used by the customer, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the customer. If you wish to use a different refund method, please inform us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
3. Sale or Discounted Products Sale or discounted products are also subject to return and refund. The same return and refund conditions apply to products purchased on promotion or at a reduced price.

After receiving your order, you have 20 days to return your order. You certainly have the right to wear the t-shirt (to check if it suits you), but it must be in perfect condition. The clothes must be returned in their original packaging or in packaging that is secure enough.
Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be refused. Make sure that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. Ensure that the product is well-packaged and sent via a postal service that guarantees its safe arrival to us.
Purchases can be returned for exchange within 20 days of receipt of goods. Returns can either be sent in the original packaging or in a sufficiently secure replacement parcel. You are responsible for the goods until they reach us, so ensure your returns are adequately packaged and use a reliable postal service.
For exchanges, the delivery costs are shared. You have to pay an extra 5 EUR (12 EUR FOR UK). A promo code of 5 euros will be offered to you (in addition to any other promo code).
